Yoga for mind and body - to strengthen, restore and relax through and uplifting yet calming practice.

I offer weekly classes in and around Guildford as well as tailor-made one-to-one private tuition or small group classes in your private home or office. I can bring yoga to your work place in the form of regular classes or as part of a special event.

Choose from Hatha, Yin or Restorative yoga. All welcome including beginners.
