Somerset Care is a not-for-profit care provider, this means that we don’t have any shareholders, so any money we make is reinvested into our business for the benefit of our care-users.
We provide residential and nursing care for older people in 32 care homes in Somerset, Gloucestershire and on the Isle of Wight, and also manage a facility for adults with physical disabilities in Taunton.
The Company provides over 39,000 hours of community support every week to people living in their own homes in Somerset, Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset, Gloucestershire, Torbay, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight and Surrey.
Our award-winning ‘Petals’ dementia care service is available in many of our care homes across Southern England and alsoto people living in their own homes.
Somerset Care also provides care and support to adults with learning disabilities in a variety of settings across Southern England under the ‘Realise’ brand.
