Sobraon Bed & Breakfast

A very warm welcome to 'Sobraon', a family run detached property set in 3/4 acre over looking fields, down a quiet country lane in the Domesday village of Iden. Kingsize bed in a large double aspect room with the following facilities: FREE Wi-Fi,TV, DVD, Tea/Coffee facilities, Iron & Board & Hair dryer. (Please note that we have a fold up bed and are able to take one child at an extra cost of £15 per night). The bathroom is adjacent and purely for guest use includes a double Jacuzzi bath, his & hers sinks, Shaver socket and heated towel rail. We serve a full English breakfast from 8.00am-9.30am, we can cater for all types of dietary requirements as long as enough notice is given. There is a pub, village shop/mini post office, playing ground and Church all within 2 minutes walk. For the avid rambler there are plenty of walks through fields/foot paths, woods and Orchards or if you want a beach holiday the very famous Camber Sands and also its golf course is only a 15 minute drive or Hastings which is a 25 minute drive. We are also only 2 miles from the ancient Cinque Port town of Rye, full of antique shops, art galleries, tea rooms, restaurants, pubs and 2 markets each week. There are several nearby National Trust Properties Such as Bodiam & Scotney Castle, Sissinghurst and Small Hythe Place. Canterbury with its beautiful Cathedral and new & old shops is only a 45 minute drive. Plus if you are into Steam Trains Tenterden steam railway is a 15 minutes drive or the Romney & Hythe Railway is a 20 minute drive. So as you can see there is plenty to do whilst having a well deserved relax in a home from home environment.
