I am Sarah an experienced Counsellor, Relationship & Sex Therapist and an Accredited Supervisor. There are inevitably times in our lives where we are faced with stresses, strains, challenges, and difficulties either individually or as a couple. I offer short term Counselling or long-term Psychotherapy depending on your needs and presenting issue. I offer face to face sessions from my therapy room, based in Eastleigh, or remote sessions via zoom, the time and space I offer is safe, confidential, accepting and professional.
