Pembroke Care is a family-run care facility providing a range of residential care homes and retirement homes in Reading, Berkshire. This includes our fully registered residential care home for the elderly which specialises in care for dementia - Pembroke Lodge. All of our facilities are within beautiful and peaceful surroundings and we have a number of different residents happily living with us.
