New View Residential place our clients at the centre of our business. We provide a wide range of letting and property management services to Landlords and Tenants. This includes rental property evaluations (free & without obligation), inventories, tenant referencing, deposit protection, tenancy agreements and lettings-related insurances for both Landlords and Tenants.

Founded in 2010, New View Residential is owned by the Cambridge based charity The Windhorse Trust and was set up with an emphasis on ethical trading and raising funds for a diverse range of charitable organisation.

We are fully regulated by ARLA and the Property Ombudsman. This requires us to meet exacting standards, including Client Money Protection, Professional Indemnity Insurance and ongoing staff training. We specialise in offering a high quality service which is both ethical and professional. Our Landlord Charter gives full details of our commitment.

All of our tenants undergo Fully Comprehensive Referencing which is why we are happy to provide 6 months Rent Guarantee and Legal Insurance as a standard feature of our Full Management Service.

We maximise income for our Landlords by ensuring that they get the full market rent for their property and by avoiding expensive void periods between tenancies.

New View Residential donates all of its profits to charity without an upper limit, the more profit we make the more we can give away! Half of our profit is donated to charities nominated by our employees and the other half to charities nominated by our Landlords.
