Maddy Scott Yoga

I run various yoga classes throughout Bexhill and Hastings. Please check out my website for more information. I am a fully qualified teacher holding both BWY and KHYF training and insurance (3 and 2.5 years respectively). I continuously upgrade my training. I specialise in considering which practices are relevant and safe for each practitioner depending on body, ability and health considerations. I also have run classes for children, mum's and babies and currently train swimmers in a club to improve their performance and recovery. I have done corporate work and also 1:1's or small groups in people's homes.
