Suzina can help you with your diet and fitness goals whether you are trying to lose weight, get fit or train for a special occasion or event.
There is no extra charge if more than one person trains at the same time.
All equipment is provided.
The initial session begins with a fitness assessment to find out your current level of health and fitness.
