The physiotherapists at Hands On Physiotherapy are highly qualified with chartered degrees or master degrees and are passionate about treating clients using their knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, physiology and sport.

We strongly believe in adopting a hands on manual approach to treating a vast range of muscular, joint and neurological problems.

We are based within a large gym and specialise in sporting injuries. However you do not need to be a member of the gym, or be experiencing a sports injury to visit us. We also treat those with injuries caused by occupation and everyday life.

As well as physiotherapy appointments, we also provide Deep tissue massage on problem areas for those struggling with muscular tension as this can dramatically reduce the risk of injury, and optimises muscle function.

Some of our treatment techniques include: Massage and mobilisation. Joint manipulation. Dry needle trigger point releasing. Ultrasound, Home exercise plans, Stretching, and rehabilitation advice.
