I'm an experienced personal trainer based on the Hampshire Berkshire
border working with a range of clients.
If you want to lose weight, get healthy and/or build muscle, working with
me is a step in the right direction.
I will work closely with you to develop a program that meets your goals and educates you in the best way to exercise. As your personal trainer I will keep you motivated and provide support that ensures you get the most out of every session, helping you achieve your objectives faster.
