Charles David Casson sales and lettings is an independent, family run company with branches in Hertfordshire and Essex. Our Chelmsford office is headed up by brothers Matthew and Neil Baldock who have lived in the city for over 30 years. Together with fellow directors Mark Tadgell,& Edward Casson, and our loyal team we offer over 70 years combined property experience with a good understanding of our client’s needs. We aim to offer the highest level of customer service with a professional honest approach.

Having young families Matthew, Neil, Mark and Edward are only too aware of the stresses of day to day living, that is why we aim to make moving as stress free as possible.
