Counselling areas include but not limited to: anxiety, stress, overwhelm, bereavement, grief and loss, depression and low mood, family difficulties, building confidence and self-esteem, long term and life limiting illness, counselling for carers.

I believe kindness, compassion and understanding are the cornerstones of life and as an integrative therapist will work collaboratively with you providing a safe, confidential space to talk, aiming to restore balance in life.

I work with adults and carers to support and improve their mental health and well-being and a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

I have a special interest in counselling for carers, patients and family members of long term and life limiting illness such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia and Cancer.
