<strong>Boot Camp Training</strong>

At Brownes Boot Camp you have a mixture of activities and exercises to complete in your own time and space. Boot Camp is all about trying your best and learning to work at your own speed. It is also all outdoor training, so you can enjoy the views and the fresh air during the sessions.

<strong>Personal Training</strong>

At Brownes Boot Camp we offer a 121 personal training service, which means the instructor and you work together to achieve your goals.

<strong>Sports Massage</strong>

At Brownes Boot Camp we offer a Sports Massage service on a 121 basis. The sports massage therapist will either come to your house or you can go to them. Sports Massage is a special form of massage and is typically used before, during, and after athletic events.

<strong>Kids Boot Camp</strong>

At Brownes Boot Camp we have now put together a programme for children (5-16 years old) in the school holidays.
